Counselling

In my counselling sessions, I also work with people who are facing emotional and psychological challenges that frequently leave people feeling weighed down in their day-to-day life. This includes relationship issues, eating disorders, sleep difficulties, anger management, coping with life changes, compassion fatigue, autism and Asperger’s syndrome, and a deep sense of low self-esteem that many people carry without even realising it. I provide sessions to those who are facing issues such as body image concerns, domestic violence, family difficulties, guilt and shame, Isolation or loneliness, Multicultural concerns, and obsessive or compulsive behaviours. I also support those dealing with more complex issues, including OCD, panic attacks, phobias, postnatal depression, trauma, and social anxiety. In our sessions, we take the time to gently work through these emotional patterns, giving your mind the space it needs to heal. The aim is to support you in moving forward with a greater sense of calmness, strength, and more control over your life.
